All rates are based on availability, double occupancy per night plus tax. A $15 per person charge will be added for any additional guests.

Safety, security and comfort are our highest priorities. Please notify the innkeepers of any special circumstances as soon as possible to ensure the best experience possible.

Please understand that under no circumstances can we allow candles or any open flames in the guest rooms.

Early departures are liable for the cost of the entire day.

Certain times of the year and some special events will require a minimum nights stay.

No pets please.

King William Manor is not suitable for guests under the age of 10.

For the comfort of our guests, all indoor spaces, decks and porches are non-smoking areas.

Check-in 3pm-9pm, check-out 11am. Luggage drop off by arrangement.

Deposit and Payment Policy
A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm your reservation. Upon receiving your request, your credit card will be charged the applicable deposit. Your deposit guarantees your room. Cancellation or alteration of reservation results in forfeiture of deposit if notice is not received by us more than the specified number of days before arrival date.

Cancellation
If your reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund.  If your reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to your arrival date the deposit will not be refunded.  If your reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to your arrival date the deposit plus full cost of reservation will not be refunded.  If you are a no show for your reservation the deposit plus full cost of the reservation will not be refunded.
